"Je moet wel vitaal zijn om dit appartement te huren . Het is een duplex , en je moet voor alles twee stijle trapjes op en af. De slaapkamers en toilet liggen in de basement. Het gebouw licht op een rots en een auto is noodzakelijk. Wel keurig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. WMF pannen en bestek. Strandbedjes en een parasol.Goede bedden . Een paar gemakkelijke stoelen op het balkon zou een pré zijn en satelliet TV heeft geen Nederlandse zenders. Contact persoon Maria spreekt goed Engels...

"Pros: The location of the apartment for Altea town, beach amenities is perfect. The apartment was perfect with the bonus of seaview. The host goes above and beyond. I'd definitely recommend and return. Cons: The pool got busy between 11.30-14.00 with some children unsupervised and had a disregard for younger/older swimmers. Advised not to hire a large car as the parking space is a little tight."

"We loved our stay here! The apartment is amazing - much better than pictures on the website could ever show. The view of the Cathedral, old town and sea from the huge patio and living area was spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and baking, however we found ourselves walking to the many nearby restaurants for most of our dinners. We will definitely return."

"We loved our stay at Villa Espada. Beautiful villa in a location that was easily accessible to Javea and Arenal beach.We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and had a car which made everything accessible.The outside kitchen was really nice for the warm nights so we made the most of the April sunshine.Thanks.
