From the welcome basket of goodies upon check-in and the stocked coffee/tea bar and cinnamon rolls for breakfast to the baby gate, toddler bed rail, books, games and toys for all ages - this place truly met all of our needs and provided an enjoyable mini vacation. "Our stay at the Neat and Nifty in Lancaster, NY was great. The apartment was very clean and organized and had a very nice kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. "What a great stay at this cozy little gem! The hosts are top notch! We stayed from Nov 12 - Dec 19 while waiting for our new home to be completed, they checked in on us in the cold and snowy weather to see if we needed anything, they offered to shovel, put down salt and when we contacted them that the furnace had stopped, they were there quickly to repair.The cottage is clean and cozy, and well stocked. We would highly recommend Dave and his cozy cottage!"
