"The property has a good location, but it is a very busy street and it doesn't have a good noise isolation. So, it was hard to sleep and the noise around starts early (5am) with local traffic and train (it is beside a train station). Staff if very kind. I had problems with wireless internet and they worked to give me a cabled internet to work. They are very committed with user experience, I liked that. Many restaurants and local stores makes it very accessible place."

"Good hotel for the price. Rooms could use some renovations. The staff was nice and courteous. The breakfast was excellent. Stayed for family in Duque de Caxias for the holidays. Definitely not a tourist hotel. Pleasant enough experience. "
