Riverfront Cabin~Sleeps 18~Private River Boat Ramp~20 Min drive Lake Cumberland
10/10 Excellent
"Good location right on the river. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property, the provided dishes and supplies were top notch and it was very quiet our entire stay. It’s about 25 minutes from the trout hatchery and has good access to the river. We mostly fished the dam and hatchery creek, but the river access from the ramp is honestly less steep than I expected (it’s less steep than the boat ramp at the kendall recreation area). These are pretty roomy cabins (I rented the triplex with the 3 cabins) and we had a pretty large party with lots of kids.I’d recommend people just wanting a peaceful area for a quiet retreat or for really good and convenient accommodations for some of the best trout fishing in the Southeastern United States. "This is the cleanest place we’ve stayed in and we’ve rented numerous places throughout Kentucky and Tennessee. This place had everything we needed. Detergent, Kitchen accessories. We are definitely going to be staying often. Thanks so much!"
