"Our second stay at this property: continuous to be beacon in luxury comfort. The hotels greatest asset continues to be its outstanding staff. At all and every level politeness and smiles, and rather than superficial chit chat there is an effort to engage in a meaningful level. The club staff are exceptional and remember your names and preferences including across stays. Grace continues to lead a flawless organization on the 21sr floor. Will be returning for our third stay and looking forward to it."

"Not all staff were helpful in getting us a grab or GoCar and pushed Bluebird which does not offer fixed price and has a bad reputation. Why push it when we specifically ask for other rides. They need to listen to the guests."

"Central location with direct access to the shopping mall. Huge room. The only complaint is the street noise, especially during the carnival season. Loud music happens early in the morning and late at night."

"Right at T2 departures, and just off the T2 skytrain connection walkway on level 2 (departures), this hotel is ideal for layovers. They even have a 6 hour layover deal. Good shower, good bed, excellent and affordable room service. The included breakfast is good and runs from 3am, ideal for early flights. There are escalators but no lift. The bellboy will move your luggage. Wished we'd discovered this hotel years ago."

"It’s an apartment hotel with one or two bedroom apartments Good location close to Plaza Festival, and Epicentrum Breakfast is more Indonesian style but has eggs cooked as you ask. All staff friendly"

"Biggest problem: The lifts weren’t enough to service such a massive tower, every trip in/out took more time than necessary. And the food needs a major improvement. Room service and housekeeping was very slow. Otherwise, the room itself was nice."
