This luxury, modern villa was thoughtfully designed with a natural approach from the inside out. A mix of simple clean lines, warm tones and earthy materials, allow the home to blend effortlessly into its beautiful surroundings.

Floor to ceiling and wall-to-wall doors and windows affords uninterrupted views of Herradura Bay and the home’s lush, tropical landscape.

This villa is well suited for entertaining friends and family with a large, open-concept living space, kitchen with high end appliances, and 5 bedroom/bathroom suites. The addition of a parlor now provides both a study and lounge with a built in bar.

The redesigned exterior living space includes an outdoor kitchen, a large sitting area with fireplace, and a pool bath all centered around a large infinity pool overlooking the ocean and resort below.

Beautiful Home and Phenomenal Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa Frazier is a Magnificent home that is furnished handsomely and has all that is needed for a stay in Los Suenos. Overlooking the marina and the beautiful views of Los Suenos you are not going to be amazed. We strongly suggest in-house chef's for the entire stay. Breakfast & Dinner was incredible everyday. Better than any restaurants in our opinion. They are amazing and the home is magnificent for every meal. The concierge staff is available early am-late pm and are courteous and truly went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Many Thanks. Will stay here again! Pura Vida
