"Staff were friendly, facility was clean and neat. Breakfast was good too! Shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion smelled great! Room had a malfunctioning curtain held in place w large paper clips. Pull-out couch was terrible for our kids. The springs could be felt everywhere."
