We loved our stay! The place is freshly renovated, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed — even brand-new cookware. A small check-in hiccup was quickly resolved, and the owner’s communication and flexibility (including late checkout) were wonderful. Great Forest Ridge location with great local tips — we’d happily stay again!

It is the perfect vacation rental. I am making this rental my go-to for all future trips to Fernandina. It has all the amenities needed. Brenda was amazing about checking to make sure we had everything.

Great Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely, renovated condo! The host, Brenda, was incredibly detailed, kind, and communicative, making the entire booking process a breeze. The condo itself was well-appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, we loved the easy access to the beach just a block away! It was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving visit to see family. Highly recommend this property!

We loved this condo! Everything was done thoughtfully with touches like plenty of pillows, luggage racks, & hooks to hang things. It was well decorated and the most comfortable beds in a VRBO so far. The owner was responsive. We would 100 percent stay here again!

Wonderful experience!

The condo is very well situated, near shopping and an easy walk to the beach. It is located in a private, quiet neighborhood that offers its own tennis courts and pool. Beautifully furnished and equipped with anything you need. Loved it!

Nice Rental

Clean and comfortable rental conveniently in a quiet location less than block from the beach access. Owner of the condo was very responsive to any needs and was great to work with during our 5 week stay. Condo is located in a dated complex that is in need of exterior repairs but the unit itself was very comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. Pool (not heated) area was nice. If you like to grill, be aware that the charcoal grill was located quite a distance away from most of the complexes units so it was not practical to use.Fernandina Beach had great restaurants and a wonderful beach to relax and ride bikes on.Highly recommend the area!

Great location and condo

This condo is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and equipped. It was a perfect match for our group - four people plus a dog. It's in an excellent location - short and simple access to the beach, short walk to restaurants, services and entertainment. The unit is in one of the first buildings in the complex, and has a balcony with a great view of the pond. Hosts are responsive and excellent to work with. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great location, wonderful place

We've stayed at Forest Ridge complex over 5 years. Love easy access to beach and walking distance to several waterfront restaurants/ bars. Staying at Brenda' s unit was wonderful, like waking into your friends home. Neat, clean and updated. Friendly beach vibe too. Lots of attention to detail. Appreciated quick personal communication. It was so nice she texted that cleaning crew was done and we could check in!

LOVED IT!!!

An amazing 3 bedroom unit which is nicely rehabbed with up-to-date appliances, décor and furnishings. Beautifully done and VERY CLEAN!! These hosts knows what they are doing and how to make their guest feel at home. The property was quite and well maintained, with comfortable beds. Lots of fun in the pool and tennis courts. Great place to walk amongst the shaded trees, which give a reprieve from the hot sun. The beach really is a block away and an easy entrance to the beach is at the end of your road. it appears on the main road there is no parking. However the public beaches there are parking lots and is about 5 minute (or less) car ride. If you have a 4 wheel vehicle you can drive right ONTO the beach and tailgate. The only way to go in my opinion! Renting this place saved me $300 on a hotel bill that gave me far less then this place. We will definitely book this place again and so should you!

Peaceful, Well-Stocked Condo Just Steps from the Beach!

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this condo in Fernandina Beach, Florida. The unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and dining in. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was fantastic—a short, easy walk to the beach, and just a quick drive to the charming waterfront downtown area, filled with great restaurants, shops, and beautiful views.The condo itself was very comfortable and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway with all the comforts of home.

This condo was amazing. Absolutely upgraded with class. The decor was gorgeous and you definitely felt you were at the beach. It was perfect. Just enough space for this family to have PLENTY of room! Short distance to the pool area and easily drove to the beach and to the wonderful downtown area!

Excellent proximity to the beach! Quick 5 minute walk. The beach is fantastic! Not crowded at all, even in July. The condo was clean and well supplied. Having 3 bedrooms was great! We didn’t use the pool or tennis/pickleball, but liked having the option.

Great location near the beach!

We rented this unit for six of our adult kids & significant others/friends. The decorations was very beachy, had all of the sheets, towels, and kitchen items that visitors would need. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. I highly recommend this for your family outing to Amelia Island!

Amelia Island Family Getaway

My husband and I spent a week at this condo. It was exactly as the listing said. Very clean. Nice pool. People in the complex were friendly. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The parking was great , we had a designated space and there were plenty of visitor spots. An easy block and a half walk to the beach. Lot’s of restaurants close by.
