Delightful second floor 1 BR Amelia Surf & Racquet Club condominium that sleeps 2. Two pools or a short walk to the ocean out the front door. Miles of beautiful sand beach. 4 artificial clay tennis courts on the property. Public golf course 5 minutes away. Free wi-fi, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, washer & dryer in the unit. The sheltered deck is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Ritz-Carlton is 1/4 mi up the road. The Omni Amelia Island with shopping, restaurants and Spa is 2 mi south. The town of Fernandina Beach is 5 miles north with it's quaint Victorian homes, interesting museum, Fort Clinch, cobblestone streets, and delightful restaurants. You could fall in love with this place just like I did.
