Summary:
Absolutely breathtaking view from this completely renovated 5th floor condo!  With two full baths and one king bedroom, it's the largest and one of the most luxurious one bedroom condos in Amelia Surf and Racquet Club!  Newly renovated in 2021 with beautiful LVP flooring, new kitchen including all new appliances and renovated hall bath with handicapped features! Ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom. Beautifully furnished with new sectional sofa that includes a queen sleeper!

The Space:
Original art from local artists. Dining area with spectacular view seats 6 with room for 2 more at the breakfast bar. Gorgeous King bedroom opens to the covered veranda which also opens to the living room. Bistro table and chairs offers a cozy outdoor dining spot overlooking the waves! Lovely primary bath offers a tub/shower combination and granite countertop. Luxurious towels and an array of soaps, shampoo, conditioner and cleansers.

• Free (and very reliable) Wi-Fi High Speed broadband Xfinity Internet – no problem with video conferencing, zoom meetings, etc.
• HD TV programming on two large TV’s
• There are 2 elevators that service our building and one is very close to the unit

The Surf and Racquet Club is a gorgeous, private, gated resort that is extremely well maintained. The resort offers DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS, 2 SWIMMING POOLS and 4 HAR-TRU TENNIS COURTS in addition to lovely grounds and sweeping lawns and is just steps away from the RITZ CARLTON via either the beach or a paved pathway draped by a live oak canopy.
 
Although this is a new listing we are experienced hosts with 5 star reviews and we are certain that you will have an outstanding stay in our condo!

The Neighborhood:
We love this location for the quiet beauty and the ever-changing majesty of the Atlantic Ocean. Walking and biking trails abound and we are close to 4 amazing State Parks for picnics, kayaking, surfing, etc. After an energetic day, the Ritz Carlton and their amazing Spa is steps away.

Beach walks are right out front and can go for miles. Amelia Island has more restaurants than we can recommend, and lots of fun activities. We also appreciate the close proximity to Jacksonville and all that a city has to offer.

Great Place to stay

We a had a great stay at amelia island. The condo was just as shown in the photos. The views and short walk to the beach was awesome. The communication with the property owners was great. They provided quick responses to any questions we had. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit amelia island.

great condo, perfect location

The condo was perfect for my trip to Amelia Island. I was there for a wedding and the location was convenient to everything I was doing. The condo had everything I needed for the week, including a beautiful view of the ocean. The host even brought a beach umbrella when I asked about renting one. It was just like the pictures - beautiful, clean, and well maintained.

Perfection!

I cannot say enough about Jan and Kelli! I have used VRBO since it started many years ago (and several times a year) and they were hands down the best I've ever worked with, through the entire process! The condo was all they said it would be and more! Thanks ladies!
