"Staff was nice, rooms are dark. Even though they went through a remodel they reused the toilet seats and didn't update the furniture. Bathroom not cleaned well. The beds and pillows are a nightmare. I had to sleep diagonally so that I didn't roll out of the bed. So glad to be one night and now back home ."
"I like to stay at Holiday Inn Express, they are pretty uniform in cleanliness and amenities. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable,the pool and courtyard were clean and the hotel was pretty nice. However, in our room, the a/c wall unit was VERY noisy (was hard to get to sleep with that rattling!) and we had to run it all night for A/C, there were sheer curtains on the window with decorative curtains that didn't close and we looked at least 8 times for curtains...

"Location was very convenient to see fourth of July parade the city had, only a few steps away from the building! The staff was great, almost as soon as we checked in they offered if we needed anything to let them know. Next day of check-in I received another text to see how we were doing. That shows staff is very caring of their guests. Room was very clean with a nice balcony. Area of location was close to some sightseeing places, such as Black Chasm Cavern and Indian Grinding State Park in...
