"So this was a replacement for our roach hotel, so it was obviously better. The front desk person was not very friendly or helpful. Was there 3 nights and Had to come to front for key not working each night. On the last night they had to come to room and use physical key to let us in. Battary was dead on door pad. Again front desk person wasn’t not friendly or apologetic at all for the inconvenience every day."
