"Stayed in the presidential suite. This is fantastic historical building and is lovely inside. I am worried about the longevity of this building but everything inside the room works and the bed was verycomfortable. Hot tub didn't seem to have jets but I didn't care it was still amazing and a nice soak. Currently (July 2026) there is no bar or restaurant operating. There was a very small Continental breakfast but the price for such a place was a great value. My wife loved it."

"The hot tub is broke….there is no game room we actually saw a cot in that room with beer bottles. The sheets were also dirty. There was a party downstairs and the people were so loud at night outside our room."

"We had an amazing stay at Mont Rest! Hearing the history from Chris (the owner) was an added treat! So crazy to see how she saved the property not once, but twice! The staff was exceptional. The breakfast was incredible. I loved that there wasn't a huge push to get people checked out. Our room was lovely and well appointed! We cannot wait to schedule another long weekend in Bellevue!"
