"I booked this place in JANUARY, I get to the hotel Friday and they can’t find me in their system, tell me they don’t use hotels.com. Haven’t used hotels.com for a while. Their boss said sorry we don’t have anything for you. Luckily it was a pay at the property deal and they didn’t get any money from us. Luckily we went down the street and found a room, attendant told us to be glad we didn’t stay there cause the place is bad news…….. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel while attending the NCAA Championships. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. The hotel did an excellent job accommodating the large number of guests associated with the championships. There were two NCAA rowing teams staying at the hotel during our visit, yet everything remained organized and comfortable. Despite the busy weekend, the environment was calm, friendly, and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again for future events. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such a positive experience."
