"A large space for a 2 bed room. Would sleep more. Comfortable beds. The house is updated and clean. Lots of wild life. Very centrally located for us. Visiting all the places we used to frequent 4 years ago when a cabin was sold. Pine drive, Ted’s timber lodge, east bay. Flaters, D-bar. The birdnest in holcombe for all the fans that miss the silver bear. Heart of the north tap room. Excellent! Moon ridge in Cornell. Sorry to see Rodger sold, great guy. However the new owners have upgraded a lot on the great beers and menu. The big kahuna is now my favorite pizza!! Very high temps while we were there. the ac unit was just adequate. But we were comfortable sleeping. Roku, huge tv. Lots of room."

"Our group had an amazing stay at Hygee Lodge! The house was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated everyone without ever feeling crowded. It was stocked with just about everything we needed—from plenty of towels and a well-equipped kitchen to games and other thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable.The hosts went above and beyond by bringing us a tube to use with our boat, which was such a nice surprise and added to the fun on the lake. Communication was excellent from start to finish—friendly, responsive, and helpful every step of the way.If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place for a large group, Hygee Lodge is a fantastic choice. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The cabin quaint and very well decorated. It was once part of a resort but I think all the cabins have been sold off as condos. There is a campground there with mostly seasonal sites. Neighbors are friendly and we enjoyed our time there. Shower is small but excellent water pressure. We ate at nearby restaurants but the kitchen is fully equipped. We could here the band from the bar a few blocks away which we also enjoyed. Didn't have any luck fishing but we didn't rent the pontoon that is available. We would stay again."

"Great property! Wonderful for a family reunion. Spacious for multi families. Appreciate the extra refrigerator in the garage. Couldn't find wood for the firepit. However, it was too hot for a fire at night. Pontoon was wonderful as well. We enjoyed the lake with swimming and kayaking. It was nice to have the pool table as well as the extra space on the main floor. A puzzle was being worked on all the time as well. Hope to go back again."

"Nola was an exceptional host! She was incredibly sweet and helpful. She gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat in town and in cities nearby. We had an amazing time at the cottage, it was perfect for a summer getaway. The location was amazing, close to downtown and near the water for easy boat access at the dock. This was a wonderful place to stay!"
