"Very clean room with excellent facilities. Plenty of choices at breakfast, both Western and Japanese. Relaxing happy hour in the top floor bar/restaurent. Great location for all the main sights."

"Rooms were clean and everything was well maintained. Breakfast had great options and the main floor restaurant had reasonably priced meals. My only complaint was that if you are scent sensitive, avoid the Hilton. The lobby is heavily scented and our room was also to a lesser degree."

Room (Family of 3): Comfortable setup with three king single beds—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast: Excellent variety of English and Japanese options—plenty to choose from and all delicious. Highly recommend for comfort and convenience!"

"The breakfast was great. Staff was great. Bath was nice. The room was a little less high quality in terms of finishes than I would expect from a place at this price level. And the dinners were quite disappointing relative to the price level and other meals we had with half board at other ryokans/hotels during our stay in Japan. Under seasoned and just not very excellent. Also disappointed that the dinners were French cuisine focused."

"Definitely the property is showing it's age，but it is a good deal for the money asked for. On the information page saying it is described as a smoke free hotel, but it is in fact a free to smoke hotel. There is an ash tray in the room I stayed...... "
