I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. Breakfast are free, and with variety of choice, and the quality are above average, Staff are very friendly. Overall I am surprised with this high quality of room as their friendly room price."
