"Room had all kinds of bugs they must have sprayed some were dead. TV microwave and fridge were not even hooked up. Air conditioner worked. After an 11 hour drive and paying through you made it impossible to go somewhere else. Counter girl felt terrible because her boss got mad over the phone she took pics of bugs I killed and threw in toilet, it was a roach, but there were all kinds of bugs walking around. "This was easily one of the filthiest hotels I have ever stayed at. The level of dirt and neglect throughout the property was absolutely shocking. The pool water was greasy and cloudy and looked completely unsanitary. The linens and towels were dirty, the floors were sticky, and the carpet in the hallways and elevator was soaked with some kind of disgusting substance.
