ITXASSOU, C2002: 1-Bedroom Apartment: In a new building on the 2nd floor with elevator, this comfortable apartment includes a living room with a sitting area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer), 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 storage room (washing machine), 1 balcony with table and chairs, and 1 parking space.

No pets allowed. Internet access.
No smoking inside. - ATTENTION! ELEVATOR HAS BEEN OUT OF ORDER SINCE APRIL 28TH.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is taken upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).

Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have overlooked.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (2-room apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
