People were very nice, but didn’t speak English, so download a translator on your phone and you will be fine. The food was great! Buffet style, fresh squeezed orange juice!!! Furniture as was stated before was dated but we loved the place and would definitely stay there again. Very peaceful and quiet, lovely grounds.

As refeicoes etavam excelentes. O atendimento dos funcionários també m. Todos sempre prontos, dentro da sua área de atuação. Meu descontentamento foi com o quarto. Quando fui pela 1ª vez fiquei encantada com as acomodações. Desta vez nos colocaram em um quarto, proximo aa maquinas, que fazem barulho dioturno. Fiquei com receio de escorregar na banheira durante o banho.

Estadia excelete , mesmo com o Barulho de uma maqu

Meu quarto ficou proximo a uma maquina que acredito ser um compressor grande do Ar Condicionado. Fazia muito Barulho. Não atrapalhou a viagem , mas pode ter incomodado os quartos mais próximos . Não sei se voltaria apenas por causa disso , pois nao gostaria de ter o azar de ter minha estadia atrapalhada por causa deste barulho. No resto minha estadia foi impecável , como funcionários muito atenciosos , quarto muito bom , comida excelente e de qualidade. Sugiro que eles cerquem a maquina barulhenta para diminuir o barulho.

Estadia boa com ressalvas

Nossa estadia no hotel foi, em geral, muito positiva. A recreação foi excelente: as crianças ficaram super entretidas com atividades durante todo o dia, o que nos deu bastante tranquilidade. O quarto era espaçoso, bem arrumado, cheiroso e confortável, com uma cama muito boa, embora os travesseiros pudessem ser melhores. Toalhas em bom estado e a pressão da água do chuveiro estava excelente. As piscinas são climatizadas, o que no inverno acaba significando água fria — compreensível, mas um pouco frustrante, já que o hotel conta com três piscinas e praticamente não conseguimos aproveitá-las. Talvez fosse interessante investir em aquecimento. A comida foi outro ponto alto: farta e saborosa, com destaque para as carnes, sem dúvida as melhores que comemos em muito tempo. Porém, notamos uma queda significativa no atendimento nos dois últimos dias (domingo e segunda), quando o hotel estava quase vazio, com pouquíssimos hóspedes. Houve menos variedade de alimentos e percebemos menos cuidado com a limpeza. Se essa tivesse sido nossa primeira impressão, talvez não quiséssemos voltar, mas como os primeiros dias foram excelentes, entendemos a diferença. O hotel é claramente voltado para famílias, casais ou grupos que querem sair da correria, com muito espaço ocioso, ideal para quem quer descansar e não fazer nada. Não conseguimos acessar o Wi-Fi, mas como a ideia era relaxar, nem chegamos a perguntar na recepção. O chá e café que oferecem a tarde e a noite nos agradou muito.

Bom, mas falhou no conforto.

A estadia infelizmente começou com um downgrade do apartamento contratado. O café da manhã é bom, mas não houve nenhuma variação no tempo que ficamos. O café da tarde foi uma surpresa agradável. A recreação para as crianças foi bastante elogiada pela minha filha. Passamos bastante frio no hotel ( inclusive no quarto ). De maneira geral o custo benefício é ruim quando comparado à outros hoteis resort.

Hotel muito antigo , tudo muito bem conservado mas sem hóspedes portões s noite fechado !!! Maré d mais um mausoléu!!’ Meio deprê!!! Vi 3 quartos ocupados ( meu , minha filha e 1 casal de amigos !! Desnecessário a opção Refeição COMPLETA , já que o preço ficaria menor !! Custo da estadia muito alto pelo que oferece !!’as Fotos no APP parece tufo novo e iluminado !!! Mas é tudo escuro e sem ninguém ‘!!!

Poderia ser melhor

O hotel parece que já teve seu auge. Apesar de ter uma boa estrutura e bem conservado parecia que estava abandonado. Não haviam funcionários, a recreação era muito desanimada e nem a programação seguiam. Apagaram as luzes da piscina as 19h e não havia nenhum funcionário por perto para pedirmos para acender ou nos atender no bar. Mandei mensagem na recepção e só me responderam no dia seguinte. Em nossa reserva aparecia que tinham 6 refeições, porém, a noite fomos perguntar sobre a ceia e mesmo estando com o horário e local descritos em um informativo entregue falaram que isso não existia. A comida é simples mas muito gostosa.

Gostei do atendimento e dos cuidados qto a Covid, mas achei que precisa de algumas manutenções, principalmente banheiro. Estava limpo, mas voce percebe que tem marcas...manchas antigas. As piscinas tbem precisariam estar mais limpas.
