"We spent a day and a half here on our way from Canada to Greece. This hotel was amazing! We arrived at approximately 10 am after an overnight flight and we were exhausted. To our surprise our rooms were ready and we got to freshen up before we hit the train to Brussels Central to check out Brussels! The hotel was within walking distance to the train which took us right to The city. The only thing we had wished we had was a safe in the room but we managed ok. The hotel take was lovely and clean...

"The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The room overall as well as the whole hotel super outdated. Since it’s located inside the train station, as soon as you exited the hotel the area is very sketchy. The staff was friendly but not overwhelmed by their service."

"Perfect location, loved it"

"Looking a bit dated"

"Wonderful hotel in great neighborhood. Close to sights but didn’t feel overly touristy"

"Professionalisme des employés"

"Très belle chambre, grande, agréable. Literie ai top! Équipement parfait!"

"Goed personeel schone kamer makkelijk parkeren winkel in de buurt goed ontbijt"

"We really enjoyed our stay overall—the property is fantastic, the location is unbeatable, and the room was so spacious! Breakfast was a great touch, too. The only downside was a small incident at the front desk. When I stopped by to ask for extra toiletries and showed my room key, the staff member dismissed me, wouldn't assist, and directed me to a public restroom instead. It’s such a great place, and with a bit more warm and attentive customer service, it would be perfect!"
