"This newer hotel is located just a short walk from Osaka Station. It is easiest to enter the hotel from the 2nd floor walkway that connects to the station. Entering from the street level is a little confusing because you have to take an elevator or luggage your luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the next level then, If I remember correctly, we took an escalator the the next level to take a different elevator to the hotel lobby. However, once you get to the lobby, the staff is friendly and attentive. Our room was modern, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I especially liked the water refill station with built in ice machine located in the hall. We took advantage of the golden hour in the bar which is available to Hilton gold and diamond members from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. we had the seasonal cocktail which was delicious. There is an outdoor seating area near the bar that was comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel was adequate. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area to choose from, I would definitely stay at the Canopy again."
