Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. let me say that the location is pretty good as it is close to Besiktas square and easy access to the bosporous where many bars and restaurants are. But the actual hotel is a complete mess. After spending almost my entire stay there we had checked under the bed to see an unhealthy amount of dust and a load of trash underneath. when I say this is DISGUSTING I mean used sanitary pads, empty cans, cigarettes and used vapes all piled underneath the bed. That’s only a little part of the problem too as the mattress has hairs in it along with black mould inside the shower and the fridge also had hairs and stains inside. The staff were also pretty useless other than 1 or 1 of them. We only had our room cleaned once in the space of A WEEK and it was only cleaned upon request. We also had issues where our key cards didn’t unlock our door (thankfully they actually fixed that) and then one day our door wouldn’t lock at all and we were told we had to wait an hour for the receptionist to come back and fix it. With no confidence I contacted them on Whatsapp to get that fixed. We also had to request toilet paper which one night after requesting it, it wasn’t even given to us as most of the staff seem more interested in their phones than actually working. Overall a horrible experience with clearly very lazy workers and I don’t think they employ any cleaners. 1/10 DO NOT BOOK HERE.

I came to this hotel on my friend's recommendation, and I highly recommend it. It's a very good hotel for the price. In the hotels I've stayed in Beşiktaş before, I always had problems with cleanliness, but the rooms here were clean.

we were hesitant after reading some reviews, but we're so glad we came. They took great care of us, the rooms were very nice, I highly recommend it. You can be sure it's far better than many hotels in Beşiktaş. We told the hotel beforehand that we are meticulous about cleanliness, and a very thorough cleaning was done. They are also helpful if you need anything extra.

Room Door was Broken, No Hot water, Lift is not working properly, No room service for cleaning. Cleaning was not up to the standards. Night receptionist doesn’t understand English at all. 🔴Stay away from this place🔴 This place is a joke. Don’t fall for fake reviews those are probably owner’s friends. The rooms don’t look like what they advertised at all. Rooms were filthy, uncleaned, spider webs on the corner of the walls, black mold in bathroom, dirty and stained sheets. The staff were loud and smoking weed throughout the nights. No Air conditioning , I asked the receptionist to fix it he said he will take look at it but he never did. One of the staff just opened the door without knocking and was trying to come in while i was still in the room so if you’re a woman or going there with your family be very careful this place is not safe for you.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. When we first arrived, the room we were given was extremely small — barely enough space for our luggage. Thankfully, the young woman at the front desk was kind and understanding, and she moved us to another room on the main floor. Unfortunately, that’s where the issues really began. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the window (which was quite large and led directly to a public walking path) wouldn’t close or lock properly. As two women traveling alone in a foreign country, this made us feel very unsafe. We brought our concerns to the front desk right away and were told it would be fixed that day. We were gone for about nine hours, but when we returned, nothing had been done — the air conditioning still didn’t work, and the window still wouldn’t close. When we brought it up again, we were told it would be fixed the next day. At that point, we didn’t feel comfortable staying even one night longer, given the safety issue, so we checked out and booked another hotel at our own expense. I reached out to the hotel immediately that night to explain what happened and request a refund. It took them two days to respond, and their only reply was that they would “work on getting it fixed.” By that time, our stay was already over, and despite following up again, I still haven’t received any resolution or refund. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience.

İki gece kalışımın ilk sabahı oda kapımın kilitlenmediğini ve kart kullanmadan açılabildiğini farkettim. Yani bir gün önce oda kapımı çekip dışarı çıktığımda ve o gece yattığımda açık kapı ile geçmiş. Resepsiyon görevlisi problemi çözmeye çalıştı, çözemeyince oda değiştirdim. İlk gece yattığım odada yere bir şey düşürdüm, yatağın altına gitti, almaya çalışırken yatağın altının aylardır temizlenmediğini gördüm. Yatağın altında yiyecek atıkları, boş şişeler, kullanılmış terlikler ve daha fazlası. Banyoda kabloları açıkta priz, küf kokusu, gözenekleri tıkanmış duş başlığı.

Hôtel a fuir de toute urgence, c'est de loin le pire hôtel de tout Istanbul. Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité des lieux c'est sale le placo arraché, des lits jetter dans les escaliers des portes qui tiennent avec des poids de musculation sans parler de la non présence du wifi clim etc. En plus refus de nous rembourser, pour ma part je me sens escroquer. Je tiens à préciser que les avis positif sont faut ne vous laissez pas berné par ceci. J'espère que ma déconvenue pourra servir a d'autres pour ne se faire avoir.
