Las fotos no se corresponden a la realidad!!

Experiencia mala. Habíamos reservado una habitación con 4 camas y es un fraude, en el hotel no hay ninguna habitación que tenga 4 camas individuales. Nos dieron una de 3 camas, una de ellas doble. La habitación era como un armario, ya que apenas había espacio para moverse. Atención!! Las fotos de la web no se corresponden con las del hotel. El desayuno correcto.

It's ok

Initially, I had problem with my room upon notifying I was given small room to a promise that in the morning I will be given the same room on the 1st floor once fixed. Next day when I requested, first time the other guy forgot but the main guy remember so on his return I was told to wait and someone will come and move me back in to the original delux room as thats what I have booked. Guess what happens next? After waiting 20 min, they come and settle new guest in that room. I was so annoyed and cross. I was told I am alone so why do I need bigger room. I booked delux room doesn't matter I am alone. Well I was give a room on 3rd floor now. I have fibromygia so it was problem for me. Anyway next thing is the room is next to their Terrence restaurant and music is on till 2am and people are chatting till morning. However, overall experience is nice. People were nice and they were nice especially on the last day.

They gave my room away

Booked and paid for a room to find out that it wasn’t available when I arrived. I thought they were joking but they gave someone else my room so had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night. Quite annoying.
