Stay in Moda

The staff here were very helpful, and made us a complimentary, wonderful Turkish breakfast. Many thanks to them for their work. The rooms and lobby definitely need renovation. The location is very good if you want to be on the Asian side of Istanbul.

The property was not in the best condition and the original room that was booked was available when we checked in. The hotel tried to give us another type of room that was smaller and very worn. We rejected the offered and booked a new hotel. We are now requesting a full refund.

Eski bir bina olduğu için (bölgede yeni bina da yoktur sanıyorum) ses yalıtımı konusunu sorun etmiyorum. Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan hanımefendi sıcakkanlıydı. Oda maalesef yeterince temiz değildi. Sabun yoktu. Bunu iki defa iletmeme rağmen sabun gelmedi. Duş jeli ile elimi yıkadım. Yataklar çok eski ve sertti. 3 kişilik lda almış olmamıza rağmen 1çift kişilik yatak vardı. 1 kanepe vardı ama çarşaf serili değildi. Onu da ilettik. Odaya geldiğimizde kanepenin üzerine çarşaf bırakılmıştı, serilmemişti.

Azıcık tadilat

Biraz eski bir bina olduğu için bazı yerler elden geçirilmeli diye düşünüyorum. Kapıların ahşap kısımları çok eskimiş. Küvet de elden geçirilirse çok iyi olacaktır. Onun haricinde herşey gayet yeterliydi. Keyifli bir konaklama oldu. Konum açısından zaten inanılmaz. Teşekkür ederiz.

Bei der Moda Suit handelt es sich eher um eine Pension mit Frühstücksoption. Wir haben bei Anliegen stets initiativ Kontakt aufgenommen und die Mitarbeiter haben freundlich versucht unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Uns hat gut gefallen, dass ein Kühlschrank und ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist grandios - nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Centrum, zur Metro und zum Hafen, aber auch zu den umliegenden Parks. Schwierig fanden wir die Unklarheit ob, wann und in welchem Umfang ein Zimmerservice erfolgt. Fazit: Perfekt für Individualtouristen, die auch mal ihr Bett selbst aufschütteln und den Müll selbst mit runter nehmen. Es ist hilfreich, Korkenzieher, Taschenmesser, Feuerzeug dabei zu haben - ein bisschen wie beim Camping. ;) Wir kommen gern wieder.

Unerträglich!

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt unerträglich, so dass wir – obwohl wir zwei Nächte buchten – bereits nach einer Nacht wieder abreisten. Eigentlich hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, bekamen aber keins, denn nicht einmal der "Manager" wusste, welches Zimmer überhaupt einen Meerblick hatte. Er suchte zwar danach, fand aber keins. Im Zimmer gab es eine Glühbirne in der Deckenleuchte – sonst nichts an Licht! Wir baten um mindestes zwei weitere Glühbirne für die Stehlampe und wenigstens noch eine an der Decke. Sie wurden uns auch hoch und heilig versprochen, kamen aber nie an, selbst der "Manager" war verschwunden. Die Heizung war zu Beginn extrem heiß, und selbst nach dem "Abschalten" heizte sie munter weiter. Es gab auch bei den Anreise kein Toilettenpapier, dieses durften wir uns dann aus dem Schrank auf dem Gang nehmen. Und was den Aufenthalt vollends unerträglich machte, war der Lärm der anderen Gäste bis mindestens 3 Uhr morgens. Nicht nur das Zimmer war äußerst hellhörig, auch wurden ständig Türen geknallt, auf den Gängen lautstark telefoniert und lebhafte Unterhaltungen geführt. Niemals zu empfehlen!!!

Fiyat performans,nezih semt, iyi konum, şık odalar

Bizim kaldığımız dönemde ödediğimiz para ve aldığımız karşılık anlamında tam bir fiyat performans oteli oldu. Kadıköy'de konaklamak istiyor ve nezih ama işlek caddelere yakın bir semt diyorsanız Moda bunun tam yeri. Apart otel tarzında biraz. Kahvaltı yok. Biz üç kişilik bir odada kardeşçek konakladık. İki odalı, genişliği muazzam. Bizim odada Amerikan mutfak ve belli başlı mutfak eşyaları vardı. Biz zaten oteli çoğunlukla gecelemek için kullandık, yemek yapmadık ama kettle, mini buzdolabı, tava vs büyük artı, belki bir tencere eklenirse yemek yapmak isteyenler için güzel olur. Alt ve bodrum katlardaki odaları da gördük, gerçekten odalardaki dekorasyon ve mobilyalar çok zevkli , yeni ve rahat görünüyor. Odalar çok şık. Otel hemen Moda tramvayının geçtiği bir sokakta bulunuyor, konumu çok cazip. Arabası olanlar için otelin hemen yanı ücretli bir otopark. Odamızın manzarası da iç açıcıydı. İbrahim Bey'e hem check-in saatinden erken gelmemize rağmen oda boş olduğu için odaya giriş yapmamıza izin verdiği için, hem de çıkış yaptıktan sonra valizlerimizi akşama kadar emanete aldığı için çok teşekkür ederiz, bunlar çok önemli şeyler. Bir daha gelirsek yine burada konaklarız. İllaki olumsuz bişey de eklemek gerekirse odadaki klozet kapağını açık tutmak çok zordu, sürekli üzerinize kapanıyordu, aslında bunu İbrahim Bey'e oradayken de iletebilirdim ama unutmuşum söylemeyi, buradan dikkate alacaklarını tahmin ediyor ve gönül rahatlığıyla bu oteli herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

Sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr Zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhige Gegend und der Ausblick ist fenomenal. Cok güzel dayali döseli, carsiya yakin oldugu halde cok seziz bölgede ve manzarasi muhtesem.
