I always book same hotel when visiting Istanbul. Hotel is very convenient in terms of location. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious however we suffered from unavailability of internet connection on our floor (2nd).

Clean and tidy room, staff pleasant and friendly. The breakfast wasn’t amazing - we only ate there once - Lots of places nearby to eat so we went out for breakfast. We didn’t use the spa facilities so can’t comment on that. Good comfortable nights sleep, a bit noisy with the main stretch of Taksim Square being so close. Lots of site seeing places close by so easy access to other places.

Great location close to Taksim mertro. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Little bit of noise due to night club, but not too much to disturb sleeping. Much better than other hotels in area which are close to night clubs.
