Fairy clean place perfect place for shopping and having fun and also a great place and space if you have children very secure place clean and I hundred percent recommend it for couples or family

The property was a nice size. The rugs were dirty! It advertised that there will be robes and there were no robes. I didn’t eat breakfast because there was not a variety for breakfast. I would have of whether eat a continental breakfast House cleaning did clean our room everyday but they did not do a good job! . We always had to ask for more towels because it was five of us. My biggest problem was that the carpet was dirty. I have included one of the pictures of one of the dirty rugs.

I truly loved this hotel. The room was brand new, everything modern and clean and the concierge Emre is very kind, professional, caring…. This place look like 5 star hotel. Very clean, private… a real gem in the heart of Istanbul. Thank you so much for having me!

I was very happy to stay at Garlon Residence. The team was amazing and I felt at home. I would like to thank Rasha for her help and reactivity as well as Othmane. Hotel was spacious, clean and easily accessible to most tourist spots and transfer stations. Has good staff support with 24 hours reception. Osman in particular was very helpful and eager to assist every time we need clarification/advice. We had a morning flight and he also helped to reserve a private airport transfer with good prices and quality services enabling us to have a hassle free ride to the airport 4am in the morning. Thank you! Would love to stay here again.

Delayed check in process. Bad communication from staff. One of the guys handling our luggage almost damaged them. Lots of broken things in the apartment. Showers were terrible. No cleaning supplies at all, such as dish soap, shampoo, etc. I dont recommend this place

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent, the apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The service was outstanding, with regular and well-organized room service. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We have traveled to Istanbul many times and this was the best experience we’ve had. Keep it up! We will definitely come back again!
