I stayed at this hotel 4 nights and I really liked it. Very good location as it is close to the mains shops, cafes, restaurants, the mall centre and the Underground Metro stations. Also the hotel staff are very polite and friendly.

Location is very good 3 mins walking to osmanbeh street staff very friendly and helpful ❤️ There seems to be a problem with the smell in the restrooms. There's an unpleasant odor. I didn't like the breakfast. It wasn't very good, and there wasn't much variety.

Oda aşırı kirli olduğu için normalde 5 gün kalacağım otelde 1 gece kalıp çıkış yaptım. Yatakta kıl ve saç, tuvalet lavabosunda tükürülmüş diş macunu, havlularda da kıl ve saç problemi vardı. Odaya girdiğimde ağır bir sigara kokusu vardı. Çalışanlar kibar ve nazikti. Oda değişebileceklerini söylediler. Ama genel olarak bence otel kirliydi.
