"We were put into hotel de la gare (sister hotel next door)as it was better for limited mobility guests. The room and bathroom were perfect, being on the ground floor and with all the amenities needed. Breakfast was good quality and reasonably priced. The restaurant had a limited menu but was OK"

"Lors de notre séjour à l’Ibis Styles de Bourbon Lancy, nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes. La chambre n’était pas prête à l’heure du check-in. Pour nous faire patienter, la réceptionniste nous a proposé de nous offrir une consommation au bar. Nous avons accepté : un jus de poire pour mon fils et un Coca Zéro pour moi. "When we arrived at the hotel my husband was not well with stomach problems.The receptionist was so helpful and kind and ordered a pizza for us to be delivered to the hôtel só we would not have to go out to eat.The restaurant in the hotel,is closed over the weekend. He was so kind in every way and we had a pleasant stay there…many thanks to his attitude towards us "

"Cosy small french hotel, but it is stuck in the 90's and needs a makeover. The wallpaper on our room had started to loosen from the walls, and the bathroom light didn't work. The staff tried to fix it, but wasn't able to. (We were allowed to use the bathroom in another vacant room instead, so they did their best to solve the issue). Hopefully the next family staying in their 4 bed room will be able to turn on the lights. Breakfast was suprisingly nice, croissants and baguettes, some cereals and...
