Two Apartments in the Villa

Located in Ispica very close to the Blue Flag Beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, Villa Ninetta has two apartments, a bright apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room kitchen upstairs with air conditioning, overlooking the garden and the pool, two large shaded terraces and two balconies. The ground floor pool front apartment has two bedrooms, a large kitchen equipped with dishwasher oven and everything you need, a bathroom, the apartment from the north side overlooking the pool and on the south side courtyard dento the citrus grove. The house has free wi-fi and indoor parking, table tennis, barbecue, garden, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and wood oven. Owners live in the same villa in its independent apartments. Noto is 24 km away, Siracusa 49 km, Ragusa 34 km, Modica 22 km, for nature lovers it is interesting to visit the Ispica quarry.
