"A lovely place to stay in Calbourne, which is a great place to explore the Isle of Wight. The accommodation had everything we needed for those days when it rained a bit that we stayed in and comfortable beds for when we had been out all day exploring.The Property was clean and well maintained and the owner was communicative and available if we had any questions/queries.We have stayed before and would definitely come back again."

"The shower wasn’t working no pressure because it is a very old building they said so they couldn’t help or give us another room. Very dusty lots of cobwebs. However staff was so lovely beds were so comfortable and excellent location :))"

"Overlooking the sea. Our room was clean and tidy. Fresh. The bar was great. The whole place was amazing value. The most amazing thing was the staff. Harry and his mate on reception, the lady at the bar , the chap doing breakfast and the lovely young woman at reception. Couldn’t have been more helpful. They let me put my bike in storage. All great"

"Room was clean, and windows were excellently glazed to prevent any traffic noise from the streets. Very convenient with the bus stop right outside to get to the ferry as well as Newport/anywhere else on the isle. Osbourne house right across the street. food options were limited around the pub, but the floating bridge to Cowes conveniently down the road by either a 20 min walk or the bus."

"Very large room, but very hot, no air cooling. Staff were brilliant, really helpful and friendly. Lovely grounds and amenities and good location"
