2026 Beach Restoration Update

The City of Isle of Palms has approved a beach nourishment project planned for Summer-Fall 2026. Although the final schedule has not yet been announced, the work is expected to progress in sections along the shoreline, so any impact to a specific area should be temporary.

We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available and are happy to offer guidance based on your travel dates.

The Fairway Dunes pool is located directly across from the property and don't forget your tennis racquet. The tennis courts are just steps away from the front door. Beach access is only a short 4 minutes' walk and is located directly across from the Fairway Dunes entrance.

Loads of sunshine with extra windows through out the end unit townhome. You will love the kitchen with new counters, cabinets and stainless appliances. This kitchen is well stocked and ready for those summertime family vacation dinners.

Relax in the spacious master bedroom with king size bed and is equipped with a 40 in cable tv. The master bath is complete with new vanity, counters, custom tile and glass doors. The kid's bedroom has a wonderful set up with a daybed, Bunk Bed and trundle and access to an open deck overlooking the pool. 32-inch tv with cable. The bath has been fully renovated with new tiled shower, vanity and lighting.

*IOP City will begin Shoal Management Beach Renourishment project starting April 7th and is projected to be completed by the end of May. Crews will use emergency access paths near Wild Dunes Property Owners Beach House. Operation are moving between Seagrove to Dunescrest Ln and from Seascape to Ocean Club. Equipment is expected to run during low-tide only.
