"Truly enjoyed my stay here. What stood out was how helpful the staff were! We had a delayed flight which resulted in us arriving long after check in period had closed. We called the hotel and communicated our worries. They were more than accommodating and allowed us to check in and left instructions to make it a smooth process. Really appreciated their assistance and the stay as well!"

"No menu, service slow, bedroom windows latches faulty, bedroom door lock very slack, central heating not working. However bed very comfortable and bathroom recently spruced up. Hotel surroundings poor with no obvious main entrance. WIFI POOR TO NON EXISTENT"

Cleanliness of the room and hotel were excellent and the room was in great condition. However, my top floor room was in a converted attic: while this provided the outstanding vistas, after a warm summer day the room was extremely hot at night with only a small window that opened partially (the roof tiles...
