Trearddur Bay Hotel
10/10 Excellent

Dinorben Arms Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The portion sizes were very generous and the food delicious- would highly recommend you eat here if you’re staying, and the breakfast is equally massive. The staff are lovely and I was greeted by name in the morning (which I’ve never had in a stay anywhere, especially as I’ve an unusual name) which made me feel welcome. Lounge is full of friendly locals and visitors; a good mix. My only gripes was there weren’t many types of cider on tap, but I found that fairly typical for the area, and the cold river isn’t bad(!) and a spontaneous group booking of passing motorbikers made the Friday night stay/breakfast noisy but that wasn’t the owner’s fault. Parking is easy in a massive free car park."

The Bull and Townhouse, Beaumaris- The Inn Collection Group
10/10 Excellent
"Very easy check-in and helpful staff from the moment we walked in. We were asked about dinner and made sure that we had everything we needed before we even went up to the room. The room itself was beautiful - comfortable beds, big bathroom and lots of space. There was a generator or heater somewhere nearby our room which was a little noisy and made getting to sleep a bit challenging but once asleep it was fine. Breakfast was incredible too, big portions and everything we could want. We would 100% visit again, and probably will!!"

Victoria Hotel Menai Bridge By Chef and Brewer Collection
8/10 Good
"Generally clean room but we did find a dog biscuit under the sink while we were there……and we didn’t have one with us. It was during a heat wave and had to sleep with the window open even though a fan was provided, this made it a little noisy at times. Good breakfast and all staff were friendly and in the main, helpful. Only received a “that’s not my job, see the bar staff” once on one of the evenings."

Bishopsgate House Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"A characterful, charming hotel in the centre of Beaumaris. In cooler months it would be lovely to use the sitting room to read and relax. Our twin room was comfortable and the only thing I'd ask for is for the bathroom window to be fixed so that only the top sash could open; there are seagulls prowling outside! The service is excellent. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Delicious breakfasts and dinner were freshly prepared and ample. Note to Bishopsgate: Please can you supply bin in bedroom for paper and plastics recycling?"

The Trecastell Hotel
8/10 Good
"We arrived at this hotel in its superb setting enormously cheerful. We were met by a male of surly demeanour with a charisma bypass. I have found prison officers, when visiting my clients, more cheerful and welcoming. His initial charming greeting, a flat, harmless 'you okay?' didnt lift our spirits but after getting over our encounter we loved our room and breakfast was great. Get rid of that harmless man and we will return."
