"Only issue was room was not ready at check-in time (about 30 minutes behind) which is a lot with kids and traveling 10+ hours. The people were great and helpful and treated us like VIPs, including helping us solve an issue that was with a vendor outside of their services offered by calling and interpreting for us."

"Despite a small hiccup during check-in, once we were settled into our room, we truly enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff were absolutely wonderful, some of the friendliest and most helpful people we encountered. From housekeeping to the restaurants and other venues, everyone was kind, welcoming, supportive, and genuinely focused on making sure guests were taken care of. The restaurant staff especially went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our vacation enjoyable. The food and all-inclusive drinks were amazing, and we really enjoyed the evening shows and entertainment. My only suggestion would be to offer more indoor activities, especially during rainy days and earlier in the morning. We had several days of rain, and because many of the outdoor activities weren’t available and other amenities didn’t open until around 11 AM, there wasn’t much to do between 6 AM and 11 AM. As active middle-aged adults, we would have loved more options during those hours, particularly when the weather prevented us from enjoying the outdoor activities. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the staff for taking such great care of us and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We truly appreciated your hospitality and will surely return!"
