"The hotel was excellent, starting from the reception on the first day until the last day when we had to check out. The concierge helps us on the first day with scheduling the restrings during the days of our stay and also with the many tours they provide. The room was very clean, they provided us with plenty of towels daily without having to ask. The fridge was filled daily, the cleaning crew was very friendly and there was always somebody asking if we needed anything in particular. The pool was perfect, the balcony was very clean, overall it was a great experience. I will recommend Garza Blanca without hesitation, I rate it 5 Starts."

"Truly a 10/0 experience! First off we felt safe the entire time we stayed there. Big security gate outside of the resort with someone checking who goes in and out. The resort grounds are insanely beautiful with breathtaking pools, walk ways, greenery, and buildings. Food was unreal! A ton of different restaurants to choose from with high quality options. Desserts blew our minds! Cocoa cafe was a fun addition too! Pools were clean and beautiful. There were options for shows at night. Great excuse to dress up and see some fun live entertainment. Room service included and were completely on top of cleaning our room twice a day. Truly an unforgettable experience and highly recommended if you are looking for luxury service and amenities!"

"Our 3rd time back to Excellence Playa M. We are so happy AGAIN with this stay. Food was amazing. Pools were great. No upsales or annoying presentations. We RELAXED. The staff is amazing and truly they provide the best service from any Hotel/stay we have ever experienced. From the front desk helping accommodate a better room since my pregnancy has made it difficult to walk, all the way down to room service. Just AMAZING."
