Our intimate compound offers eight casitas nestled amidst lush greenery, hammocks, and wildlife.

Relax in Casa 2, one of our largest casitas, sleeps up to 4 guests. Featuring two queen beds, full kitchen, air conditioning, patio and starlink wifi.

Our dedicated staff is available every day from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist you with anything you need during your stay.

Additionally, our team is online through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to help with any inquiries or support you might require outside of these hours.

We are located in the mid-way point between the center of town and Punta Cocos. You can walk on the beach to the center of town in 15 minutes, same to Punta Cocos.

There is a store just one block away, as well as several restaurants and beach clubs.

The beach is literally 30 seconds away, just a short block.

While many new developments have reshaped Holbox—often clearing the trees and mangroves that give the island its magic—our goal was to create a smaller, natural, and relaxed space that blends with the environment rather than replaces it. We also use a rainwater collection system and strive to keep our footprint light, because we believe in protecting what makes Holbox truly special. Outside your door, you’ll find a shared garden area filled with tall trees, hammocks, and island wildlife—a peaceful spot to relax between beach adventures.

Your Casa provides a comfortable and well-equipped retreat featuring two queen-size beds and a private patio perfect for coffee breaks. The space includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, and utensils, along with complimentary coffee, tea, and purified water.

For your convenience, the room is outfitted with air conditioning, a spacious bathroom with hot water, a safe box, an iron, and a hairdryer. If you need to stay connected, our Starlink WiFi is fast, stable, and ideal for working remotely, and you can enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV by logging into your own streaming accounts.

Construction Notice: Neighboring construction occurs Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. While we have installed thick, sound-insulating windows, noise is audible in outdoor areas and occasionally from the rooms. Our rates reflect this, and the property remains a peaceful boutique stay immersed in nature—ideal for relaxing or working remotely in Holbox.

Bike rental, golf cart rental, taxis, or walking. We do not rent carts or bikes.

You can walk to the center in 15-20 minutes along the beach, a beautiful walk.

Electricity and phone service can be inconsistent on the island. It is common at times for the electricity and phone service to go out for periods of time. Typically it returns quickly or within a few hours.

When there is rain, sand streets can get flooded and require walking on higher land or along the beach for an easier and prettier path to town.
