"The location is absolutely perfect! It’s close enough to walk to the action, yet far enough away that you don’t hear much of the noise from all the action nearby. The location is ideal, and for the price, you get comfortable beds and a great rooftop pool with a nice view. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning."

"We had an amazing stay at Excellence Playa Mujeres! From the moment we arrived, every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming and it truly felt like they cared about making our vacation special. The food was delicious, with plenty of flavorful options to choose from, and the service was consistently outstanding. Whether we were at the restaurants, the pool, or anywhere else on the property, the staff was always attentive and accommodating."

"The room was amazing had a living room dining room and kitchen on one side. The other was the bedroom bathroom and Shower. There were two sliding glass doors and two sitting areas. The all inclusive ordering from a menu was great except the small portions and there’s the same menu every day"

"My stay at RIU Latino Cancun was absolutely amazing, but what truly made this vacation unforgettable were two incredible staff members: Alexis and Richie. From the moment we arrived, Richie greeted us with a warm smile and exceptional professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. His positive attitude, kindness, and genuine care for guests made us feel welcomed and valued every day. Alexis the buffet was equally outstanding! He was always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. His energy, professionalism, and dedication to excellent customer service truly stood out. No matter how busy he was, he always took the time to make sure guests were happy and enjoying their vacation. The entire resort was beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, the beach was stunning, and the entertainment was fantastic. What impressed me most was the level of hospitality from the staff, especially Alexis and Richie.
