"Good hotel near the Samurai District. Shops nearby. Room clean and quite big. Be careful because there are also rooms without window in the hotel. Problems with parking lots, hotel recomends parkings quite far from the hotel."

"Clean modern stylish quiet safe comfortable place to stay convenient to everything. Appreciated the in room fridge and would have loved an in room microwave instead of having to go to another floor to use one. Hotel staff very helpful as I asked for a scent free room and they provided that. A bit of a hassle to have to get a new onsen access card each day. Overall a good start and would stay here again."
