"The accommodations were generally fine. The biggest issue was communication with the host who spoke no English. He tried hard but it was difficult. There were no instructions other than how to enter the condo. We’re used to having a host leave restaurant recommendations, things to do, points of interest, places to shop, how to use the washing machine, etc. The kitchen implements were dated. "Located in a perfect location for exploring Vielha. Hotel is simple, but very clean, helpful staff. No air conditioning, and unfortunately our room (#304) was located right above a night club, so it was tough to keep the window open for air at night due to noise of the club door opening and closing. The windows are great at blocking out noise however. We also picked this lodging because the listing mentioned free parking. The parking is not on premises and is probably 1000meters down the road. Overall a great value, would not hesitate to stay here again, maybe not during a spanish heat wave."

"The location is good, with a direct 15min walk to centre of town. The staff are excellent. The breakfast is excellent with an excellent choice of cooked and fresh cold options. Evening buffet option has a large variety of choices cooked, salad, fruit and sweet dishes. I had a room on the 1st floor near lifts/stairs...a little noisy between 07:30/08:30 - other guest and cleaning trolly with a noisy loose wheel. The pool and rear garden is a great location to relax in the sun or covered seated area. A games room with pool table, table football, and more - a separate play area/room for small children."

"Totally refurbished and new...bfast superior...employees absolutely proud and keen to serve and help, beyond their requirements. Barthroom refurbished to high standards. As a note, just like Singapore, space is critical and rooms are a bit tight, but that's general in Singapore, HK or mountain places like Vielha, yet plenty of wardrobe space. Thumbs up to Hotel Viella."
