Appointed with a large living room, and sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests, there is plenty of space to entertain, relax and fully enjoy your PR dream home. Property is located in a new development Marbela, Casa de Playa in Isabela, PR. End your day overlooking the beautiful sunset by the pool or private terrace.
    The space
    3 Story beach home/villa , 3rd floor is a terrace with breathtaking views of the ocean and secluded beach, 2nd Floor offers the Master Bedroom with a king size bed, private terrace with ocean view and full bathroom, 2nd room with queen size bed and a full bathroom and on 1st floor is the kitchen , and all other entertainment areas including a small grass patio and a sofa that turns in to a Queen bed offering 2 more beds for a total of 6 person sleeping capacity.

    Private beach access to a secluded beach, Shacks and Jobos Beach within walking distance. Recreational Pool with gazebos and also kids pool, 2 private parkings spaces, Marbela, Casa de playa is a private new community right on the beach with security guard 24 hours.
