"The room smelled of urine. It was so dirty. Mold in shower with hair. I complained and the front desk said they would refund but unfortunately it was up to Expedia. Spoke with Expedia ai and promised me they would assist and get back to me within 24/72 hours. No response. The smell was so bad we sat in the car until we were sleepy and luckily we had blankets to lay on top of the sheets. This hotel should never be an option for Expedia users. "Staff was welcoming! The room always smelled funny (like sewage)! The t.v. always had to be rebooted everytime we turned it on. The AC was very loud. Had to sleep with the t.v on to drown out the noise. An hour after breakfast opened, they were out of everything. The juice machine was out of order and the water in the machine was not working. The only reason we picked this hotel was because it had an outdoor pool and then the weather wasn't nice enough to use it."

"The staff at Springhill Suites are the best. Always happy to help. Breakfast bar is good and well stocked. The only negative comment I have is that there is not one bench or chair where a smoker can sit for an occasional smoke. Seems a bit unfair for us smokers."

"The entire property was clean and well maintained the staff was helpful and friendly. Access off and onto the highway couldn’t be easier and there is a gas station across the street. I would recommend this property to anyone who asks."

"For a newer Marriott property I was not impressed. You come to expect a certain level of service with most Marriott properties however this one fell short. Linens didnt match in the bathroom, shower was dirty, air conditioner wasn’t working in the lobby area. The small restaurant was convenient and very good food and they do have a bar. So bonus there."
