"I usually do not write bad reviews. We arrived at 3 pm, the owner was clearly bothered by our presence. He wanted to retain our Ids until the next day—a no go. The room had a temperature of 35 degrees and the a/c did not work. Our complaint was answered tha a/c only is available between 6pm and 5am. The hotel is situated in what looks like a war zone. "The staff was very helpful. We arrived late and my map was not very accurate. We called him and was very responsive and guided us. When we arrived, the room was very clean. The toilet was spotless. Breakfast was on another location not far from the hotel but the coffee and pastries are excellent."
