Hotel staff said that was not its problem — that I should take it up with Expedia. I had to pay full price on the spot to get the room I had already paid for through Expedia. So, beware."

"Room was clean at a glance but there were BUGS in the room that bit me all night and even one huge one that crawled out of my suitcase. Absolutely disgusting. The reception guy, whatever his name was, was extremely unpleasant, a kind of rude I’ve never gotten from even cheaper hotels I’ve stayed at. The breakfast, if you can even call it that, was frankly pathetic. Orange juice, sugary slushies, and packaged treats are hardly a breakfast. For the amount I paid I expected better.
