"We really enjoyed our stay here at this location, our host was very polite and helpful and the housekeeping rules were very straight forward. We did have an issue with one of the chairs but thankfully we were able to address the situation and our host was very understanding and responded quickly. There’s a variety of kitchen appliances which was very nice and most importantly the coffee bar was really convenient and neat.. highly recommend staying here!"

"Parking was okay. I would have liked front desk to explain how the housekeeping works, rather than being hit with a bill if they are not coming in everyday to clean your room."

"The hotel is basically a giant cigarette. You will smell like a cigarette Your car will smell like a cigarette Your house will smell like a cigarette You will become a cigarette"

"I was not allowed to check in until 4 PM and by then I had to call out of work because they were not prepared and I kept going and repeatedly asking, and they were not ready. And then for my room to have dirty hand fence all over the door jam. And nasty moldy, green and black scum in the shower, and the sliding glass door would not shut all the way if you wanted to walk it and had to stay slightly cracked and was held together with duct tape. The pool was closed. So in Florida you can’t even swim in the pool because it’s closed. Thanks a lot for ruining stay. "
