"Its an old pub, for an overnighter it was fine, limited facilities but you get what you pay for. Staff very helpful and very clean, lots of stairs, Indian Hut nearby was superb, very happy with my quick stopover in Boonah!"

"First of all the location is excellent… right in the middle of the rainforest, although the drive up there is not for the faint hearted. My room was very basic, which was expected. The thing I didn’t like was that the door to the deck didn’t seal at all, so when the wind blew at night it rattled the blinds and kept me awake. Parking spots are very tight for even a modest size car. Food options were limited and expensive. If you are not in a self catering unit you run out of choices quickly. I...

"Such a relaxing stay in these very private, very large motel-room like 1/2 cabins that have their own carport and covered outside sitting area. Loved looking out over the green grassy slope and seeing kangaroos morning and late afternoon. A very quiet and peaceful place. Bonus having an amazing restaurant here too."

"Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. "
