The vibe of the residence is very different from traditional branded hotel, it is a home surrounded by nature. The service is impeccable. They created a WhatsApp group for us to ask anything we need help on and if there is any problem they resolve it extremely fast. Peach was our major contact and her service is just...

10/10 Excellent

We absolutely loved our stay at Amata Lanna. The hotel itself was beautiful and welcoming. Our rooms were airy, open and large. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, including the owner who we had the pleasure of meeting. Someone was always there to help with questions/suggestions and calling cabs to get around. The location was great, only about a 10 minute cab ride into the Old City. The breakfast that they provide is delicious and fresh. The only issue we had was when coming back...
