"What an absolutely spectacular property in a very centrally located area! This was our first visit to Topsail and we were so close to everything and right on the beach. We got to check in early, the pool was heated, the beach was steps away, and anything you wanted to eat was available within walking distance! The condo was very clean and it's HUGE! Perfect for a group of friends, even with children! Even being close to everything it was still very quiet and private. We loved it! Book it!"

And the sunsets across the inlet from the back patio were next level! Would definitely stay there again!"

"The accommodations were wonderful and Carla is a fantastic host!! Had everything we could have needed for our weeklong stay. Lots of restaurants within walking distance or just a very short drive away if needed. The beach access could not have been easier and it was amazing to just head across the street with our morning coffee and take a walk each day. She has a brand new propane grill that we used for the first time that works great!! Will definitely consider Anchors Aweigh again for another future trip. "

"Excellent stay. Room was clean and spacious. Check in was seamless. Very short walk to the beach. Great views from the windows. Only negative is the walls are pretty thin. It wasn’t much of an issue for me because there were only a few people there, probably due to the weather. However, I could hear the neighbors conversations and TV pretty clearly the first night. And they weren’t being “loud.” Just think walls. But overall it was a great stay. Would stay again."
