"When we arrived at the Property, They had to find a key because they were out, the pool was out of order, they gave us a handicaps' room, the was nasty the shower was filthy, TV had lines on the screen, no phone service, and very load outside from people talking all time of the night and started again at 7:00am till 9:00am"
"Room was dirty, bed cover and sheets had food and stains in them, shower and tub was moldy and mildewed, and the bath towels had dark spots in them. The floor hadn’t been cleaned and there was a dead palmetto bug on the floor. The desk attendant the 1st night was nice, but said there was nothing she could do as the housekeeper had left for the night. She left a note for the manager to take care of the issues the next day. We stayed here for 3 nights. The bed cover was changed but that was it. I...
