"The location is great that it is right next to the Grindelwald Terminal which makes your travel so much convenient. The hotel offers free breakfast and travel pass for bus travel which makes your stay even more comfy and value for money. The room is sizable to fit for family. Only thing to alert is there is no door for bathroom so be careful when you opened the room door, people can see inside the bathroom if someone is bathing (haha). The staff is not there for the whole day but as long as you check in before 8 pm, there will be someone there to help you. The view is great on top floor if you select the right level and right side as you can see the mountain at both days and nights"

"It became very bad and boring after what was so excellent I visited it for the third time in a row I was saying to myself the first and second time, there is nothing better than him. "The location was superb as it was literally a minute walk from the Grindewald station, and it's on the quieter side of the town. Staff were excellent, professional, helpful with advice. The breakfast was superb with a great variety and plenty of comfortable seating. The main issue was the hair found on blankets and in bathtub (photos taken, clearly not mine as I found them on arrival), there was also a red stain on one of the face washers/towels. The hotel was otherwise excellent with its staff, amenities, location."
